The main focus of the project with Just Housing was to market their brand to the general public and their target market.
Just Housing is a local architectural firm in Duluth MN that focuses on sustainable housing and training builders in green building practices. They have a passion for healthy, affordable, durable and long-term afforable housing. Their focus on the effects of housing on a community makes them an incredibly outward focused business.

Just Housing is an architectural firm based in Duluth MN serving MN and WI.
Their zero-energy homes are designed to be healthy, durable, efficient and affordable long-term. They focus on not only designing these homes but training the builders who build them.
Requirements
When we were first contacted by Just Housing, they wanted videos that would tell the community about who they are and what they provide.
They were ready to grow and wanted to have videos to market their brand not only to the community but also to their target market for their designs.
Solution
Our recommendation to Just Housing was to create a “Founders story” style video to showcase their brand, mission and vision. We also recommended a video focusing specifically on their designs and services that would be most relevant to their target market of builders, developers, municipalities and oranizations.

Their feature videos were between 2 and 4 minutes telling the story of Just Housing and how their sustainable housing designs are a perfect selection for builders, developer, municipalities and oragnizations.
Full production Process
This project required consulting and scheduling during the pre-production process, two days of filming, and the full post-production editing process including motion graphics.
audio/color
The filming was done in a way to give us full artist liberty over the audio and visuals. The color and audio in the video are specifically done to draw in the viewer and hold them captive to the visuals.
